I truly believe that I was reckless for ages when it came to my health.
My weight didn’t go up dramatically by God’s grace,(since my highest record) because I didn’t check for ages.
I wasn’t sleeping on time, that was a habit I wanted to change.
And my sugars were too high, even for me.
But when you have finally acknowledged the problem or issues, what do you do?
Because I can’t lie and say that I didn’t notice the problems. I was doing see no issue, hear no issue. It’s cute for a minute until you start to feel/deal with the consequences. That’s why I say I was reckless.
Back in the days, they used to say you are what you eat, but now I think it’s much deeper than that.
So back to the question, what happens now?
First – this just came to me now, I can pray and ask for guidance.
Second – plan at minimum 3 forms of exercise a week
Third – sleep before midnight four times a week
Fourth – avoid sugars, ultra-processed food and cook three times a cook
Fifth – follow Jessie Inchauspe on fastings and food eating orders
Lastly, how do I hold myself accountable? I plan to keep a record in a book and then next year a calendar (which was my sister’s idea)
Little extra – I was reading the NHS recommendations for exercise, I just checked the website and they have exercise videos, different categories like strength and flexibility exercises. You can check out the website here – https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/
Stay Blessed
